New entrants to the mortgage broking industry with less than 2 years relevant industry experience are required to be be under the guidance of a suitable mentor. If your a new to industry broker you will automatically qualify for mentoring when you join Redrock.  Our support services ensures that your professional career will be guided by skilled and experienced industry professionals.

Does mentoring cost?

No, once you join Redrock you have access mortgage broker mentoring, support tools and ongoing training at no extra charge.

Is mentoring compulsory?

Industry bodies such as the FBAA and MFAA require brokers who are new to the industry to receive mentoring support. As a new-to-industry broker, you’ll receive dedicated mentoring throughout your first two years, followed by ongoing training and support from experienced mortgage professionals for the life of your membership.
